Fluortubing USA is specialized in extrusion and thermoforming of thin wall PTFE tubing. The company has vertical extrusion lines, especially designed for large bore, thin wall paste extruded PTFE tubing. Manufacturing varies from less than 1 mm. up to 100 (150) mm. bore. Also, Fluortubing offers a complete line of PTFE convoluted tubing from ¼” bore up to 6″.

Types vary from low convoluted, thin wall direct-crimp tubing to heavy wall flare tubing and a range for vacuum applications at elevated temperatures that has an increased wall thickness.

All types of tubing are also available in conductive (anti-static) compounds or in colors.
